TalentSource360 is seeking a motivated and Commercial Real Estate Analyst with experience in lease administration to support leasing, tenant operations, and asset management for a Washington DC area client in the Commercial Real Estate space. This role is ideal for a candidate with 1–2 years of experience in commercial real estate who is looking to grow within asset management, leasing, or property operations. The Analyst will play a key role in maintaining accurate lease data, supporting transactions, and providing operational and financial insights across the portfolio.

Key Responsibilities

Maintain and update lease records, abstracts, and critical date schedules for commercial properties.

Support lease administration activities including amendments, renewals, rent escalations, options, and terminations.

Assist with CAM reconciliations, operating expense recoveries, and tenant billings.

Enter and maintain lease and tenant data in property management systems (e.g., Yardi, MRI, or similar).

Support leasing teams with deal documentation, reporting, and coordination of tenant onboarding.

Respond to tenant inquiries related to lease terms, billing, and account status.

Assist asset management and finance teams with budgeting, forecasting, and variance analysis related to rental income and operating expenses.

Support due diligence efforts for acquisitions, dispositions, and financing by preparing lease abstracts and documentation.

Prepare reports and dashboards related to occupancy, rent rolls, lease expirations, and tenant performance.

Qualifications

1-2 years of experience in commercial real estate, property management, leasing, or lease administration.

Bachelor’s degree in real estate, finance, business, accounting, or a related field preferred.

Basic understanding of commercial lease structures (office, retail, industrial, or mixed-use).

Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and experience with property management systems (Yardi, MRI, JD Edwards, or similar) is a plus.

Strong attention to detail, organizational skills, and analytical mindset.

Excellent written and verbal communication skills.

Ability to manage multiple priorities in a deadline-driven environment.
