Efficiently resolve client concerns and issues. Engage in account rounding and cross-selling on existing accounts. Qualifications: Thorough knowledge of personal lines coverages and markets. Experience servicing personal accounts within an insurance agency. Familiarity with insurance agency management software, rating software, and Microsoft Office.
