Job Responsibilities
Provide inbound customer support using a call flow guide
Assist customers in resolving basic technical issuesTrack, document, and retrieve information in databases
Offer additional products and/or services to customers
Deliver expert customer experiences with a positive attitude
Qualifications
1+ year of customer service experience
Open availability for a seasonal position
High school diploma or GED
A quiet, distraction-free work environment at home
Proficiency in fast-paced multi-tasking and strong computer navigation skills
Preferred Qualifications
Experience with remote customer service roles
Familiarity with various technologies and software applications
Strong problem-solving abilities and attention to detail
Previous experience in a high-volume call center environment
