LHH Recruitment Solutions is seeking an experienced

Business Immigration Paralegal

to join a dynamic and collaborative legal team in Atlanta. This role supports immigration attorneys and corporate clients with a wide range of employment-based immigration matters. We are looking for a highly organized, detail-oriented professional who thrives in a fast-paced environment and can manage complex casework with precision and professionalism. This position offers a hybrid schedule, requiring four days in the office and one remote day per week.

Responsibilities

Prepare and file PERM labor certification applications, including drafting and organizing supporting documentation

Coordinate and manage all stages of the labor certification recruitment process

Draft detailed support letters for employment-based nonimmigrant and immigrant visa petitions

Prepare and file petitions including H-1B, L-1A, L-1B, E-1, E-2, O-1, and other employment-based visa categories

Handle employment-based immigrant petitions, adjustment of status applications, consular processing, and naturalization matters

Collect, review, and organize supporting evidence to ensure compliance with USCIS and DOL requirements

Maintain consistent communication with corporate clients regarding case strategy, timelines, and document collection

Conduct internal case audits to ensure accuracy and regulatory compliance

Research filing procedures, regulations, and evolving immigration requirements

Monitor petition approvals, expiration dates, and case milestones using case management systems

Communicate with government agencies as necessary to support case progress

Qualifications

Minimum of 2+ years of business immigration paralegal experience

Strong knowledge of employment-based immigration processes and regulations

Experience handling PERM labor certifications and temporary work visas (H-1B, L-1, E-1/E-2, O-1, etc.)

Excellent analytical, organizational, writing, and communication skills

Ability to manage multiple cases and deadlines in a high-volume environment

Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook)

Experience with immigration case management software
