Salary: $60,000 – 75,000 with excellent benefits

Must have:
1- 2 years of recent commercial real estate experience as a Paralegal or Legal Assistant.
Steady and Stable work history.
Must be local to Charleston, SC.
The location is downtown Charleston.
Position Description:
A dynamic and fast-growing full-service law firm of more than 400 attorneys and professionals is seeking a Commercial Real Estate Paralegal or legal practice Assistant to join its Charleston, SC, office. This full-time position, under the direction of an attorney, will assist with commercial real estate closings, review title and survey, revise and review lease amendments, non-disturbance agreements and other documents; organise and maintain files; and prepare closing documents.
Requirements
The ideal candidate will possess a four-year degree (or the equivalent), with at least three years of extensive commercial real estate experience in a paralegal role or as a legal practice assistant.
Paralegal certification preferred
Must have strong communication and problem-solving skills, work independently, be professional, self-motivated and a team player
Strong MS Outlook, Word and Excel skills.
