Customer Service Representative
to join our team! We are willing to consider part-time and full-time applicants with a minimum of one-year experience in a veterinary practice. If you are passionate about animals and dedicated to exceptional client service, our hospital may be the right fit for you!
We are a busy general practice providing exceptional care to small animal patients (cats & dogs) five days per week, Monday - Friday with no weekends or late evenings required (shifts vary from 7am to 6pm). Our hospital is a beautiful 9,500 sq. ft. state of the art facility with tenured veterinarians and support staff. We offer a wide range of benefits, to include medical insurances, disability and life insurance, paid time off, and pet care. Additional details will be provided during interview process.

Responsibilities
Greet clients and their pets with warmth and enthusiasm
Manage incoming calls, emails, and text messages while providing responsive service and support
Schedule appointments, handle billing inquiries, and process payments
Invoicing client charges and filling prescriptions
Maintain the cleanliness and organization of the reception area
Provide information on hospital services, policies, and procedures
Collect and manage patient records with confidentiality and attention to detail
Qualifications
Experience in a customer service position (ideally in a veterinary setting)
Strong interpersonal skills, with the ability to make clients feel welcome and at ease
Exceptional organizational skills and the ability to multitask effectively in a fast-paced environment
Ability to work and communicate effectively in a team setting
Proficient in using computers and standard office software
A compassionate nature and a genuine love for animals
Requirements
Must be a minimum of 18 years old
Reliable transportation
Regular attendance and punctuality
Able to meet physical demand to include sitting, standing, and/or walking for extended periods
Salary starting at $15.00 per hour, consideration of increase based on experience.
