Project-Based Section 8 , and

Build strong, positive relationships with residents, staff, and vendors
Keep reports and compliance running smoothly for agencies and clients

What You Bring
2+ years of Property Management experience (required)
LIHTC and Section 8 experience (required)
Strong leadership, communication, and organization skills
Comfort with property management software and technology
Industry certifications are a plus
