Role Overview The AEC Operations Leader is responsible for leading all aspects of production, post-processing and shipping & receiving for Beehive’s Additively Enabled Castings site in our Loveland, Ohio facility. The selected candidate will help build & lead the site & the Operations team to deliver additively enabled castings to customers in the aerospace, aviation, and adjacent industries.
What You’ll Do…
Oversee and monitor daily operations within AEC Manufacturing
Ensure full compliance with EHS and Quality requirements, and be an advocate for our programs
Lead the team daily to facilitate cross-functional communication and collaboration
Set priorities daily based on schedule and resources by partnering with Production Control
Report on Operational & financial reporting/metrics (S, Q, D, C)
Operate with a continuous improvement mindset and facilitate projects and initiatives to make those improvements
Provide accountability of team members to company and operations goals
Participating in plant hiring activities including interviewing and selection
You have…
13+ years of relevant experience in advanced manufacturing environment
8+ years of managing employees in a manufacturing setting
Must have knowledge of casting manufacturing processes, technology, and equipment
Ability to develop, enable, and empower team members
Knowledge of general business software such as Microsoft Office, CAD software (NX/Solidworks) and aptitude to learn new applications
Ability to understand and drive key business and operations metrics
The ability to obtain and maintain a U.S. government issued security clearance is required. U.S. citizenship is required, as only U.S. citizens are eligible for a security clearance.
