This is a full-time, on-site role for a
Digital Print Production Operator
located in Sheridan, WY. The Digital Print Production Operator will handle day-to-day print production tasks, including operating digital printing equipment, overseeing bindery processes, and ensuring the highest quality of printed materials. Responsibilities also include maintaining and supporting printer systems, inspecting completed work for quality control, and coordinating with team members to meet deadlines efficiently.
This is an excellent position for someone interested in entering the industry and building a lasting career.
You will also be trained to assist our large format department in printing, production, and installation projects. Primary examples of projects that need assistance are vehicle graphics and wall mural projects that require a second installer.
The primary responsibility of the Digital Print Production Operator is to operate and complete all digital printing (B&W/Color) production for maximum production efficiency.

Digital Print Production Operator Role Responsibilities
Responsible for operating digital commercial printers using Fiery Command Workstation.
Responsible for imposing files for print.
Produces orders accurately, efficiently, and quickly while maintaining the highest quality standards.
Updates job status and location in MIS system.
Always runs a proof copy and compares it to the work order.
Controls waste and redos by quality‑checking jobs as they are being produced.
Tracks waste, spoilage, usage, and inventory for all digital printing machines.
Maintains all Digital Printing Equipment logs.
Maintains a clean and organized work environment.
Performs all required maintenance and learns extended maintenance from the technician.
Calibrates and manages all color devices as required to maintain color consistency.
Monitors color consistency during all print runs and makes adjustments as necessary.
Other duties as assigned.
Digital Print Production Operator Qualifications
Digital printing experience is preferred but not required.
Ability to multi‑task and organize several activities and tasks concurrently.
Ability to work flexible hours and overtime, if needed.
Ability to maximize profit through the efficient use of time and equipment.
Can perform basic bindery functions.
Familiar and comfortable with Fiery Print Controller, a plus.
Graphic design skills are preferred but not required.
Customer service experience is preferred but not required.
