
Beer Delivery Driver & Sales Representative

We are seeking a reliable, self-motivated Beer Delivery Driver & Sales Representative to join our distribution team. This part‑time role combines hands‑on delivery of kegs and cases of beer with proactive sales outreach to expand our customer base. The ideal candidate has strong customer service skills, attention to detail, and the ability to identify and pursue new business opportunities while representing our brands professionally.
Key Responsibilities:
Safely operate a company delivery vehicle to transport and deliver kegs, cases, and packaged beer to bars, restaurants, retailers, and other accounts.
Load and unload products using appropriate equipment (hand trucks, lift gates, etc.).
Verify delivery orders, obtain customer signatures, and ensure accurate documentation of all deliveries.
Rotate stock, check dates, and maintain proper product presentation at customer locations.
Build strong relationships with existing accounts through excellent service and communication.
Prospect, identify, and approach new potential accounts within the assigned territory.
Present product offerings, promotions, and brand stories to prospective customers to expand sales.
Work closely with the Director of Sales and management to meet weekly and monthly sales goals.
Maintain a clean, safe, and organized delivery vehicle and comply with all DOT and company safety regulations.
Ensure accurate pricing, signage, and point‑of‑sale (POS) placement.
Track out‑of‑stocks and communicate inventory needs to the sales team.
Learn how to analyze sales reports, identify growth opportunities, and build account plans.
Support events, tastings and samplings as needed.
Report route issues, customer concerns, and market insights to management.
Represent the company’s image and values at all times.
Solicit orders from both new and existing accounts
Qualifications:
Valid driver’s license with a clean driving record.
Prior experience in beverage delivery, warehousing, sales, or customer service is a plus.
Ability to lift and maneuver kegs (160–180 lbs) and cases repeatedly throughout the day.
Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
Self‑starter with the ability to manage time efficiently and work independently.
Knowledge of beer styles and the beverage industry is helpful but not required—willingness to learn is essential.
