Role Summary The Junior Graphic Designer / Production Coordinator is an entry-level role that supports the creative and production teams through hands-on design execution and production coordination. The role focuses primarily on executing design work across print and digital channels, adopting client brand standards, and ensuring design files are production-ready, while also supporting print and vendor logistics as needed.
On average, approximately 75% of the role is dedicated to design support and 25% to production coordination, though this balance will shift week to week based on client and project demands. This position offers hands-on experience within a fast-paced, collaborative agency environment and is well suited for an early-career designer who thrives on precision, collaboration, and bringing creative concepts to life while building a strong foundation in design execution and brand consistency.

Primary Responsibilities Design Support
Assist with the creation and revision of design assets across print and digital projects
Prepare production-ready files according to established specifications
Apply brand standards and design guidelines as directed by senior designers
Implement revisions and updates based on internal feedback
Production Coordination Support
Request vendor quotes as directed by the Client Services department
Assist in compiling estimates using provided templates and guidance
Prepare and release final design files to vendors after internal approval
Review printer proofs for accuracy, formatting, and technical compliance
Assist with the creation of purchase orders and production documentation
Track production details and deadlines
Administrative & Process Support
Maintain organized records of quotes, estimates, proofs, and production files
Follow established workflows, approval processes, and documentation standards
Communicate clearly with internal teams regarding production statuses
Qualifications
Bachelor’s degree or equivalent training in Graphic Design or a related field
Foundational knowledge of Adobe Creative Suite (InDesign, Illustrator, Photoshop)
Basic understanding of print production concepts and file preparation
Attention to detail and strong organizational skills to manage production schedules
Ability to communicate effectively and collaborate in a team-oriented environment
A proactive mindset with a willingness to learn and adapt to new challenges
Location: North Scottsdale
