Director of Behavioral Health Services
in our Marysville, Ohio office. Responsibilities
Administrative and clinical supervision of our behavioral health staff Monitoring the key indicators for the service areas Coordinating with supervisees and other staff and managers to address continuous improvements Weekly review of productivity of supervisees Monthly review of compliance data of supervisees Participating in key meetings and groups related to those service areas Employee Package
Salary: $65,000 - $70,000, depending on experience and licensure Flexible Spending Account Annual Wellness reimbursement Accrue three weeks of paid time off during first year Bereavement time off 403(b) Excellent team environment Highest commitment to quality care Qualifications
Qualified candidates will have an LISW-S, LPCC-S, or be able to obtain such licensure in 90 days. Must be willing to obtain or already have the following: an NPI number, an Ohio Medicaid number and a CAQH account. Experience in budgeting and/or program evaluation is also preferred.
