Senior Analytics Manager for CRM Activations , you will be the architect behind how we understand and engage our customers. You will bridge the gap between complex data science and high-impact marketing strategy, ensuring that every touchpoint is data-driven, personalized, and cohesive. The Daily Impact
Strategic Leadership:
Partner with Lines of Business (LOBs) to translate raw data requirements into actionable weekly and quarterly activation plans. Data Innovation: Lead a team of analysts to uncover new data signals that deepen our understanding of the customer. Operational Excellence: Optimize and automate CRM activation frameworks and build tools for smart audience distribution. Cross-Functional Synergy: Collaborate with Product and Engineering to refine segmentation tools and integrate data layers with platforms like Tealium, Adobe, and Attentive. Data Storytelling: Convert complex model outputs into compelling visual narratives for executive leadership. What You Bring
The Foundation:
8–10 years in strategy-focused analytics, with at least 5 years specifically in the CRM/Marketing domain. The Toolkit: Expert-level SQL and proficiency in Python or R. You have a deep technical grasp of Rest/JSON APIs and Cloud platforms (AWS/GCP/Azure). The Strategy: Proven ability to build complex customer schemas and navigate regulatory landscapes (CCPA/GDPR). Qualifications
Bachelor's degree in data science, computer science, engineering, marketing analytics, or a related field. Master’s Degree in Business preferred. 8-10 years of strategy-focused analytics experience 5+ years of experience in marketing or CRM domain Proven ability to translate complex analytics projects and solutions into compelling, visual narratives that drive strategic marketing decisions Expert-level SQL for complex data extraction and transformation Proficiency in Python or R Proven ability to build and maintain complex data models and customer schemas Technical understanding of Rest/JSON APIs Experience collaborating with cross-functional teams to define data requirements Working knowledge of regulatory and compliance protocols like CCPA/GDPR consent logics Experience integrating data layers to execution platforms like Tealium CDP, Adobe Campaign Manager, Attentive, etc.
