As a Customer Service Representative, you’ll play a key role in delivering exceptional service to our merchants, handling everything from billing inquiries to tech troubleshooting. You’ll work in a collaborative, dynamic environment where every team member can make a real impact. KeyResponsibilities
Provide top‑tier service to merchants via phone, email, and chat
Manage support tickets from intake to resolution with efficiency and care
Respond to inquiries with accuracy and empathy to troubleshoot billing, account, or technical issues
Maintain detailed records and documentation using internal systems
Manage a support ticket queue, ensuring all requests are documented and resolved in order of priority
Proactively and persistently follow up with clients to ensure satisfaction
Prioritize tasks and stay on top of requests with tight deadlines
Handle sensitive information with discretion and maintain confidentiality
Represent PayBright’s values and priorities in every interaction
Requirements Required
Bachelor’s Degree
2+ years of experience in customer service or administrative support
Strong customer service mindset with excellent written and verbal communication skills
Proven problem‑solving skills, with the ability to remain calm under pressure
High attention to detail and exceptional organizational abilities
Positive attitude and ability to work well with others
Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook, PowerPoint)
Strong typing skills (minimum 45 WPM)
Ability to work in our Raleigh, NC office 4 days per week
Preferred
Experience working in merchant services or the payments industry
Familiarity with Mac OS and MacBook
Schedule& Location
Full‑time (40 hours per week)
Monday–Friday, with occasional weekend hours as needed
