The Opportunity
We are supporting the
German market entry
of a
next-generation aesthetic medical technology platform
that is already
commercially live and scaling internationally . This is
not another laser refresh, energy-based device, or competitive replacement . It is a
genuinely differentiated platform
combining
advanced capital, software, and AI , designed to improve
consultations, patient engagement, and clinic performance , with a clear and provable ROI for clinics. Germany represents a
strategic priority market
within a wider European expansion, and this role will be one of the
first commercial hires
locally. The Role This is a
hands-on, field-based Business Development role , ideal for a high-performing capital equipment salesperson who enjoys
greenfield environments
and wants to be part of a
serious scale-up , not a short-term sales exercise. You will take full responsibility for developing the German market, working directly with senior stakeholders and introducing a
new technology category
to premium aesthetic and advanced medical customers. Your Responsibilities Own and develop
German
for a high-value capital equipment platform Introduce and establish a
new category of aesthetic medical technology Engage with clinic owners, medical directors, and senior commercial decision-makers Manage a
consultative, value-led sales cycle
for complex, high-ASP solutions Build long-term customer partnerships focused on outcomes and adoption Provide structured market feedback on positioning, pricing, and customer response Operate with autonomy and commercial discipline in a direct-to-market environment Your Profile Proven experience selling
high-value capital equipment
within aesthetics or advanced medical technology Track record of success selling
new or disruptive concepts , not only established brands Comfortable operating in a
greenfield, build-phase environment Strong commercial acumen and credibility with senior stakeholders Self-directed, resilient, and motivated by growth and ownership This role is aimed at
top-performing individuals
