Overview We’re looking for a proactive and detail‑oriented Logistics & Equipment Support Specialist to manage equipment provisioning, system access, and logistics coordination for government personnel. This role supports operational readiness by ensuring timely acquisition, deployment, and tracking of critical assets and data.
This position is contingent upon contract award.
Security Requirement:
A SECRET security clearance is required.
Roles and Responsibilities
Coordinate equipment access and provisioning for employees, including Help Desk submissions and approvals
Retrieve and distribute government-furnished equipment and documentation
Complete and route forms for required authorizations
Provide logistics support for users of major government systems
Deploy and train personnel on APSR peripheral devices (e.g., handheld terminals, scanners, signature pads, label printers)
Execute requisitions and troubleshoot issues within government logistics IT platforms
Use ELMS to support data calls and generate reports and dashboard metrics for property management
Perform accurate data entry using Microsoft Office applications
Position Requirements
Minimum 2 years of experience in logistics support for government systems or operations
At least 1 year of experience with APSR peripheral equipment or similar AIT tools
1 year of experience executing requisitions and resolving logistics IT challenges
1 year of experience using ELMS for reporting and property management
Active Secret clearance
Valid passport
Willingness to travel domestically and internationally for up to two weeks
Ability to work in a fast-paced environment while managing multiple tasks and deadlines
Professional demeanor and strong communication skills with both military and civilian personnel
Proficiency in Microsoft Windows and Office Suite (Excel, Word, PowerPoint, Outlook)
