We are seeking a driven, disciplined, and results-oriented

Business Development Specialist

to join our Business Development Team. This role plays a critical part in fueling our sales pipeline by generating high-quality appointments for our Distributor Owners through outbound prospecting. This is a phone-intensive role ideal for someone who thrives on activity, consistency, and performance metrics. Success in this position requires strong communication skills, persistence, and the ability to build interest and credibility quickly with prospective clients. What You’ll Do

Execute high-volume outbound calling to warm and cold prospects to introduce Proforma and its solutions Qualify prospects, uncover needs, and secure appointments Consistently achieve a target of

115+ outbound calls per day Meet weekly performance goals of 15 scheduled appointments, with 50%+ kept and successful outcomes Leverage approved scripts, messaging guidelines, and objection-handling techniques while maintaining a natural and professional conversation flow Accurately document all call activity, notes, and outcomes in CRM Maintain daily, weekly, and monthly performance reporting Collaborate closely with your manager and peers to share best practices and improve results Participate in ongoing coaching, training, and performance feedback sessions What Success Looks Like

Consistent daily activity and call volume Strong appointment conversion rates Accurate and timely CRM data entry Professional representation of the Proforma brand on every call Ability to take feedback, adapt quickly, and continuously improve Required Qualifications

3+ years of outbound calling or inside sales experience

(B2B preferred) Proven ability to work in a high-activity, metric-driven environment Confident, professional phone presence with strong listening skills Clear, concise verbal and written communication abilities Highly organized with strong time-management skills Self-motivated with the ability to work independently in a remote environment Team-oriented mindset with a positive, proactive attitude Work Environment & Technical Requirements

Dedicated home office with a quiet, distraction-free environment Reliable high-speed internet connection (calls conducted via VoIP) Personal cell phone with unlimited plan as a backup in the event of VoIP disruption Schedule & Location
