In this role, you will be a key player in providing exceptional service to German-speaking customers as they navigate their travel experiences.
Responsibilities
Assist German-speaking customers via phone, email, and chat with inquiries related to their bookings, travel plans, and accommodations Provide expert guidance and support to ensure customer satisfaction and a seamless experience Handle customer complaints and resolve issues effectively and efficiently Document customer interactions in the CRM system, maintaining accurate records for quality control Collaborate with team members to enhance service delivery and customer engagement Stay well-informed about current offers, travel information, and Booking.com services to provide accurate assistance
Requirements
Fluency in German (both written and spoken); English proficiency is a plus Experience in customer service, preferably in the travel or hospitality sector Strong communication skills and a commitment to providing excellent customer service Ability to manage challenging situations and effectively resolve customer queries Proficient in using CRM software and standard office applications Open to relocating to Greece and embracing a new cultural experience A passion for travel and tourism, along with a desire to foster positive customer relationships
