Duty Drawback Specialist
to join our team. You’ll work in a fast-paced, global logistics environment supporting duty drawback processes and customs compliance. Key Responsibilities: Support duty drawback processes and documentation. Work with Licensed Customs Brokers (LCBs) and internal teams to manage compliance. Pull and analyze US Customs ACE data. Use Cargo Wise and other systems to track shipments and trade data. Apply HTS codes accurately and understand classification rules. Collaborate cross-functionally with supply chain, import/export, and customer-facing teams. Generate reports and perform analysis using Excel (vlookup, pivot tables, formulas). Required Qualifications: Some experience or exposure to duty drawback. Duty drawback experience with an
LCB license . Supply chain experience, including import brokerage or export forwarding. Strong understanding of HTS codes and customs compliance. Experience pulling data from ACE and Cargo Wise.
