The Role As Impact Kids Director, you will provide vision, leadership, and direction for children’s ministry from Nursery through 5th grade. You’ll oversee weekend environments, develop leaders, and intentionally align kids ministry with Impact’s Growth Track, helping families move from connection to participation to Kingdom-building engagement.
