We are seeking a creative and motivated Jr Textile Designer to support our design team across multiple projects. This role will work closely with the Senior Designer and contribute to all stages of the design process, from concept through production. The ideal candidate has strong graphic and illustrative skills, a keen design eye, and a positive, adaptable attitude.
Responsibilities
Support print design development across collections for juniors and kids categories
Create and maintain linesheets
Develop detailed tech packs for production
Collaborate closely with the Senior Designer on client projects
Photograph trims, hardware, and add-on details as needed
Perform photo editing and organization of design assets
Assist with additional design-related tasks as required
Qualifications
Strong graphic and illustrative design skills
Solid understanding of design fundamentals and attention to detail
Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (Illustrator, Photoshop required)
Ability to manage multiple tasks and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment
Strong communication skills and a collaborative mindset
Positive attitude with the ability to adapt and learn quickly
Experience in Kids/Juniors fashion accessories or apparel is a plus
Pay range and compensation package Rate: $26-32/hr
