Role Description The Design Assistant/drafter works closely with a Landscape Architect or Sr. Landscape Designer to gain hands‑on experience to the landscape design process—from the first client consultation through installation

Qualifications

Enrollment or graduation from horticulture, landscape design, landscape architecture studies, or another related field

Experience using Auto CAD software (or equivalent)

Experience with 3‑D modeling software

Computer Skills including Word (Google Docs), Excel (Sheets), Microsoft Outlook

Ability to identify most plant materials including Herbaceous and Woody ornamentals and the environment best suited for each

Maintain flexibility and a positive attitude in an ever‑changing work environment

Strong communication and time management skills
