This role partners closely with sponsors, clients, and subject matter experts to align initiatives with strategic goals, resolve issues, and drive measurable outcomes. It also provides consultative guidance, streamlines processes, and ensures high‑quality, timely delivery across multiple concurrent efforts.**How You Will Contribute:*** Lead mid-to-large-scale initiatives, ensuring successful project completion from inception to closure.* Develop and manage comprehensive project plans, outlining key milestones, priorities, dependencies, and workstreams to encompass all required tasks.* Identify, monitor, and mitigate project risks, issues, and decisions, escalating when necessary.* Oversee cross-functional resources, including nurses, pharmacists, analysts, auditors, actuaries, and other SMEs, to optimize project outcomes.* Build and maintain relationships with sponsors and key stakeholders, monitoring progress toward established goals and objectives.* Mentor and coach project teams to meet objectives effectively.* Collaborate with executive sponsors to define requirements, scope, and approval processes.* Develop risk, resource, quality, cost, and scope management plans in partnership with stakeholders.* Coordinate requirements, implementation, and post-implementation activities, creating service level agreements where applicable.* Define quality gates and critical success factors for each project phase in alignment with stakeholders.* Prepare and implement contingency plans with defined triggers.* Provide clear, accurate, and timely project status updates to stakeholders and executive sponsors.* Design and execute communication plans tailored to stakeholder dynamics.* Conduct regular team and self-assessments, implementing process improvements to enhance effectiveness.* Oversee multiple projects, ensuring adherence to scope, quality, schedule, and cost requirements.* Guide teams to align delivery with strategies set by executive sponsors and client relationship owners.* Partner with executive sponsors to address customer concerns, analyze root causes, and implement corrective actions.* Maintain comprehensive knowledge of the client’s SOW and project plan, ensuring alignment with expectations.* Collect, analyze, and disseminate project-related data to relevant departments.* Identify risks, address gaps, and make informed decisions to advance project success.* Develop consistent internal and external communications, including agendas, follow-up notes, deliverables, and presentations.* Clearly document and analyze process flows, identifying opportunities for enhancement.**Skills & Experience to be Successful:*** Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration or equivalent professional experience.* 5+ years of experience in project management, fostering effective team environments, building strong relationships, employing negotiation skills, and resolving issues effectively.* Skilled in written and oral communication across all organizational levels with clarity and impact.* Demonstrated facility with computer software, including but not limited to Excel, Word, and PowerPoint.* Proven business and client-facing expertise, with a strong understanding of client needs and expectations.* Proficient in project monitoring and control practices to ensure efficient utilization of resources.* Demonstrated ability to lead, manage, and influence teams in a cross-functional organizational structure.* Adept at conveying intricate concepts in an accessible manner tailored to diverse audiences.* Skilled in interpreting and synthesizing data to generate actionable insights.* Strong ability to think strategically and align project objectives with broader organizational goals.* Expertise in initiating and executing end-to-end operational readiness project plans.* Ability to anticipate client needs and establish forward‑thinking plans to address them effectively.* Recognized as a consultative resource with deep industry expertise, delivering best practices and optimal outcomes.* Exceptional organizational skills, capable of managing priorities, meeting deadlines, and tracking details for multiple projects with varying timelines.* Self-directed with the ability to complete objectives independently, delegate tasks effectively, and escalate issues when necessary to ensure timely follow‑through and completion.**Pay Range**$100,000 - $120,000 Annual*The pay range provided above is made in good faith and based on our lowest and highest annual salary or hourly rate paid for the role and takes into account years of experience required, geography, and/or budget for the role.***Teammate Benefits & Total Well-Being**We go beyond standard benefits, focusing on the total well-being of our teammates, including:* *Health Benefits*: Medical/Rx, Dental, Vision, Life Insurance, Disability Insurance* *Financial Benefits*: ESPP; 401k; Student Loan Assistance; Tuition Reimbursement* *Mental Health & Wellness*: Free Mental Health & Enhanced Advocacy Services* *Beyond Benefits*: Paid Time Off, Holidays, Preferred Partner Discounts and more.*Not reflective of all benefits.
