Build and maintain high-trust relationships with regional media, securing consistent and positive brand visibility, with a strong focus on German-language technology and innovation press. Develop and execute PR strategies for flagship product launches, seasonal sales campaigns, and major industry moments including IFA, CES, and MOVA-owned events — ensuring timely media distribution, editorial follow-through, and share-of-voice growth in key categories. Own the creation of compelling regional narratives and creative communication campaigns that maximize media impact and strengthen category mindshare across German-speaking markets. Partner closely with marketing and sales teams to deliver integrated communications that align with business objectives and accelerate brand awareness, consideration, and preference in core categories. Monitor and analyze regional policy updates, category trends, competitor movements, and consumer sentiment — translating insights into actionable retrospectives and forward-looking strategic recommendations. Drive cross-agency alignment by coordinating external partners, and ensuring continuity in media outreach with clear ownership, responsibilities, and execution standards. Qualifications Deep understanding of the DACH media landscape, particularly German-language technology outlets, with proven media relationships and strong press credibility. 5+ years of experience in PR or brand communications, ideally within 3C electronics, consumer tech, or smart hardware brands. Demonstrated ability to lead communications for either established brands or fast-growth challenger brands, with a track record of scaling visibility quickly in highly competitive markets. Strong creative communication and storytelling capabilities, with experience shaping narratives and launching high-impact media campaigns and brand moments. Native-level German proficiency and strong business-level English communication skills.
