About The Role Marketing Manager – Digital Freight Brokerage.

What You’ll Do

Develop, execute and optimize integrated marketing strategies that increase brand awareness, engagement and revenue growth.

Serve as strategic partner to leadership and cross‑functional stakeholders, aligning priorities with business objectives.

Monitor and analyze industry trends, competitor activity and emerging technologies to identify opportunities and risks.

Recommend and implement innovative marketing approaches, tools and channels to keep strategies modern, effective and competitive.

Leverage data and analytics to refine targeting, improve campaign performance and inform future strategy.

Create campaign automation, segmentation and customer lifecycle strategies to maximize retention and growth.

Manage campaign performance and report on KPIs, ensuring alignment with business goals and measurable ROI.

Partner closely with Product to define and execute go‑to‑market plans for new products and strategic initiatives.

Translate complex product offerings into clear, compelling messaging tailored to target segments.

What You’ll Bring

5+ years of marketing experience, with at least 2+ years in freight brokerage, logistics or supply chain technology.

Data‑driven mindset and experience using analytics tools (Google Analytics, marketing automation, CRM, etc.).

Strong analytical skills and a data‑driven approach to decision‑making.

Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.

Ability to thrive in a fast‑paced, dynamic environment.

Familiarity with transportation management systems (TMS) and freight operations.
