We are seeking a senior SEO Strategist to lead organic search strategy for an enterprise-level client within a complex digital ecosystem. This role is designed for an agency professional who brings deep expertise in SEO strategy at scale, strong executive presence, and the ability to navigate cross-functional stakeholder environments. The SEO Strategist will serve as a strategic advisor, guiding clients through long-term SEO programs and short-term wins that drive measurable business impact.

Key Responsibilities Enterprise SEO Strategy

Own and evolve enterprise SEO, GEO & AIO strategies across large, complex websites

Serve as the primary SEO lead and trusted, innovative advisor for client stakeholders across marketing and technology leaders

Translate enterprise business objectives as well as analysis of SEO audits to implement scalable SEO plans

Collaborate closely with ecosystem partners to influence roadmaps and ensure SEO requirements are integrated into development cycles

Provide SEO guidance for small projects to large-scale site migrations and CMS changes

Monitor algorithm changes and evolving SERP features, proactively assessing impact to client properties

Analytics, Measurement & Executive Reporting

Establish SEO governance models, and documentation, as well as QA processes to support partner teams

Analyze large datasets to uncover insights and prioritize initiatives with the greatest business impact

Establish enterprise-level SEO KPIs to deliver clear, executive-ready reporting (weekly, monthly, quarterly) and strategic narratives that connect SEO performance to broader business outcomes

Collaborate cross-functionally with Paid Media to deliver integrated enterprise solutions

Qualifications

8+ years of SEO experience, with significant enterprise and agency background

Proven success leading SEO programs for large-scale, complex websites

Deep technical SEO expertise, including experience influencing development and platform teams

Strong executive communication skills with the ability to simplify complex SEO concepts

Highly strategic with a hands-on approach team approach

Tackles multi-workstream programs with an organized yet endlessly curious mindset

Advanced proficiency with enterprise SEO platforms and analytics tools (e.g., Google Search Console, GA, Screaming Frog, Ahrefs, SEMrush, Adobe Analytics)
