WHAT YOU’LL BE RESPONSIBLE FOR This role willbe responsible for(but not limited to):
Execute brand strategy and positioning for the category across social and owned channels , aligned toestablishedbrand standards and business objectives
Lead day-to-day execution of seasonal brand and product launches — from creative rollout through launch and post-launch optimization
Serve as a key execution owner for brand moments, ensuring work is delivered on time, on brief, and in market
Supportseasonalgo-to-market plans by executing social storytelling priorities, content calendars, and launch roadmaps
Translate product innovation into clear, compelling social narratives , often through athlete- or training-led storytelling
Drive daily execution of campaigns, content, and product storytelling across social and owned channels
Partner closely with Operations, Product, and E-commerce teams to ensure readiness and smooth launch execution
Execute product storytelling across social, including copywriting, asset coordination, and content publishing
Partner with Creative to help bring concepts to life, supporting briefing, asset reviews, and art direction execution
Support athlete- and trainer-led storytelling by coordinating assets, timelines, and publishing in partnership with Sports Marketing
Maintain and manage social calendars, launch timelines, and execution trackers to ensure consistent delivery
Collaborate cross-functionally with Product, Creative, Retail, and regional teams to support cohesive social brand moments
Ensure all social content and brand assets meet brand standards, visual direction, and voice guidelines
Manage timelines, workflows, and executional details with strong organizational discipline
Track social and campaign performance, flagging learnings and opportunities to improve future execution
WHO YOU’LL WORK WITH You’llreport to the Brand Director and collaborate closely with Dimension 6 leadership and cross-functional teams including Product, Creative, Operations, E-commerce, and Business.You’llalso work in close partnership with Nike Global Training, Geo Brand Marketing, and Sports Marketing teams to ensure Nike Strength launches and storytelling are aligned with brand and business priorities.
QUALIFICATIONS / SKILL REQUIRED
3+ years of experience in brand marketing, product marketing, or related fields, with a deep understanding of training, sport, and fitness culture.
Proven experience executing global brand strategy and go-to-market execution in a matrixed organization.
Experience working with high-profile athletes, trainers, and talent to deliver authentic, athlete-first storytelling.
Strong ability to balance creativity with operational rigor in a fast-moving, ambiguous environment.
Excellent communication, presentation, and cross-functional collaboration skills.
Strong strategic thinking paired with attention to detail and follow-through.
Bachelor’s degree in marketing, Business, or a related field (or equivalent experience).
Passion for training, strength, and performance, with curiosity for innovation, trends, and the future of sport.
