Location: Field-based | Local territory. Schedule: Flexible daytime hours with full-time commitment. This is a field-based role focused on face-to-face connection, not sitting behind a desk.

What You’ll Do
Build and maintain relationships with referral partners and local businesses
Spend most of your time out in the field (meetings, drop-ins, community events)
Represent our company professionally and warmly in the community
Track activity and follow-ups using simple CRM tools
Collaborate with operations and leadership to support client needs
What We’re Looking For
Strong conversational and relationship-building skills
Comfortable initiating conversations and meeting new people daily
Self-motivated and organized with good follow-through
Enjoys variety in the day and being on the move
Prior sales, customer service, hospitality, or community-facing experience is a plus

Primarily daytime hours (Monday – Friday, 8am – 4:30pm)
Autonomy over your route and appointments
Field-based role with limited desk work

Compensation & Benefits

This position offers an hourly rate of $23/hr, plus bonuses. Last year top earner bonus was $22,000; lowest bonus was $12,600. Pay range including bonus and base last year was $56,600–$70,000
