Creative Lead , you will: Lead the creative strategy for new and existing games Manage and mentor a squad of motion designers, graphic designers, and creative developers Oversee App Store visuals (icons, screenshots, titles, videos) Build and optimize creative testing methodologies Partner with UA teams to make fast, data-driven creative decisions Identify and set new creative trends in the gaming space 5+ years in mobile gaming creative roles Hybrid-casual experience and Simulation games- a huge advantage Proven success building creative strategies and growth-driving campaigns Excellent storytelling skills across video, design, UX, and copy Analytical mindset with strong communication and leadership skills Experience in leading a team Live and breathe social trends Motion design background- nice to have CrazyLabs commitments: Employee benefits are part of our love language.
