ISO Relationship Manager
with a proven background in
merchant cash advance, broker relations, and alternative business financing .
This position is primarily
in‑office with some remote flexibility
and is ideal for candidates with an existing
ISO network and book of business
who want strong earning potential and long‑term career growth.
Key Responsibilities
Leverage an existing
ISO and broker book of business
to generate immediate and consistent MCA deal flow
Recruit, onboard, and manage
ISO partners, brokers, and affiliates
nationwide
Build long‑term
broker and ISO relationships
through high‑touch communication and support
Manage the full
merchant cash advance funding process , including submissions, underwriting, approvals, negotiations, and funding
Train ISO partners on
MCA products, underwriting guidelines, compliance standards, and best practices
Qualifications
2+ years of experience in
merchant cash advance (MCA)
or
alternative lending
Direct experience in
ISO relationship management, broker management, or business development
Established
ISO / broker network
with the ability to bring an active book of business
Strong understanding of
MCA underwriting, deal structuring, and funding workflows
Excellent communication, negotiation, and relationship management skills
Self‑driven, performance‑oriented, and comfortable in a
fast‑paced, in‑office environment
On-Target Earnings:
Up to
$250,000+
with uncapped commission
Full‑time, primarily
in‑office role with hybrid flexibility
