Talento has partnered with a high end brand that's standing up a new department focusing on their luxury wear in Miami. The Social Media Manager is a key steward of the brand’s digital presence, responsible for shaping a refined, cohesive, and aspirational social ecosystem. This role is ideal for someone who understands that luxury is expressed through precision, restraint, and intentional storytelling — both online and in real-world moments.

Working closely with Marketing, Creative, and PR, the Social Media Manager translates brand vision into compelling social narratives, while overseeing influencer relationships that extend the brand’s presence across digital platforms and high-profile events, including runway shows.

Responsibilities

Develop and execute a refined social media strategy that strengthens brand equity, visibility, and engagement

Create, curate, and publish visually compelling content aligned with a luxury fashion aesthetic and brand standards

Serve as the primary voice of the brand across social platforms, ensuring consistency, discretion, and tonal excellence

Lead influencer strategy and management, cultivating relationships with creators, tastemakers, and brand partners

Oversee influencer activations across digital platforms and in-person events, including runway shows and brand experiences

Coordinate influencer outreach, briefing, content alignment, and post-event follow-up

Manage influencer presence during fashion shows, ensuring seamless on-site execution and brand-aligned coverage

Monitor social conversations and influencer content to ensure brand alignment and narrative consistency

Collaborate cross-functionally to translate seasonal narratives, campaigns, and launches into elevated social storytelling

Analyze performance metrics across owned and influencer channels to inform strategy and optimization

Stay attuned to shifts in fashion, culture, and digital media to ensure the brand remains culturally relevant and aspirational

Requirements

Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, Advertising, or a related field

2+ years of experience in social media and influencer management within fashion or luxury brands

Proven experience managing influencer relationships, both digitally and in live event environments

Exceptional written communication skills with a refined, brand-appropriate voice

Strong understanding of Instagram, TikTok, and Facebook within a luxury or premium lifestyle context

Highly developed visual sensibility and appreciation for fashion, design, and aesthetics

Ability to balance creative intuition with analytical insight

Detail-oriented, organized, and comfortable managing multiple initiatives simultaneously

Poised, collaborative communicator comfortable working with internal teams and external partners

Experience supporting fashion shows, launches, or high-profile brand events strongly preferred
