Overview The HCP Marketing Manager, Endocrinology, is responsible for leading the execution of healthcare professional marketing materials across assigned endocrinology brands. This role translates brand strategy into high‑impact promotional and educational tactics, partners cross‑functionally to deliver compliant omnichannel programs, and collaborates closely with agencies and field teams to drive effective HCP engagement. The Marketing Manager plays a critical part in supporting brand growth through strong execution, operational rigor, and customer‑centric marketing.
Essential Duties and Responsibilities
Translate brand strategy into effective HCP and patient promotional materials
Support marketing team in development of slides, presentations and promotional materials
Partner with internal teams and external agencies to develop strategically aligned HCP tactics for personal and non‑personal promotion, including medical education
Ensure all marketing initiatives align with brand strategy, campaign objectives, and annual plans
Execute omni‑channel data and analytics initiatives
Own execution and ongoing optimization of speaker bureau and peer‑to‑peer educational programs
Build and maintain relationships with key HCP customers
Organize and support presence at society and congress meetings; assist sales force in executing local educational events
Coordinate agency and vendor partners to ensure high‑quality, on‑time delivery
Collaborate across functional areas (legal, medical affairs, regulatory, MLR review committee)
Manage internal review/approval process for promotional materials
Manage timelines, prioritization, and cross‑functional workflows with minimal supervision
Contribute to annual business plan development and execution
Support budget planning and tracking aligned with approved annual spend
Support sales meeting planning and execution
Ensure compliance with all laws, regulations, and company policies, including pharmacovigilance responsibilities
Participate in ad‑hoc projects as needed
Education and Experience
Bachelor’s degree required
At least 3–5+ years of experience with increasing responsibility in combined functional areas such as marketing, new product planning and/or sales required at a pharmaceutical or biotech company or in a pharma partner agency
Experience executing HCP marketing tactics for personal and non‑personal promotion required
Experience with peer‑to‑peer programs, congress marketing, and omnichannel initiatives preferred
Rare disease, Endocrinology and small company experience preferred
Knowledge and Skills
Strong marketing acumen: strategy, market research, segmentation, brand positioning, tactical plan development
Passion and empathy for building meaningful experiences with HCPs
Analytical mindset with ability to derive insights from data
Graphic and organizational support for presentations; narrative storytelling
Experience with Canva, Power Point, slide making
Creativity and innovation, with analytical problem‑solving skills
Omni‑channel program management and support
Experience using GenAI tools for content creation
Highly organized with the ability to manage multiple priorities
