
Job Description
Digital Product Manager, Interoperability Interface Solutions is the owner of all facets of the product and must be adept at working across all phases of product management as both a leader and performer. Entrepreneurial by nature, this person is accustomed to taking ambiguous products and turning them into well‑run operations that create meaningful value both for the customer and the company. Experience across all facets of digital is imperative – from marketing to sales, onboarding to authentication and service, as well as back‑office process digitization – all will come into the scope of this role at various points.
Hybrid (3 days in office / 2 days WFH). The position can be based in one of the following locations: Schaumburg, IL; Secaucus, NJ; Lenexa, KS; Dallas, TX.
Pay Range $125,000 – $145,000 per year. Salary offers are based on a wide range of factors including relevant skills, training, experience, education and certifications. Successful candidates may also be eligible for an annual performance bonus.

Responsibilities
Strategic and delivery leader for core interoperability orders and results solutions, supporting analysis, implementation, self‑service, and automation tools.
Set vision, develop strategy, define and deliver optimized client and partner experiences throughout the orders and results interface journey.
Deliver high‑quality HL7 and FHIR interfaces for core orders and results—both inbound and outbound.
Partner on new test products, specialized integration solutions, new EHR certification and validations, focusing on simplified integrations, reduced level of effort, driving time to market and reduced turnaround time.
Partner with the Business to confirm understanding of customer need, align on scope, manage a roadmap and related financials, and regularly prioritize product development efforts.
Regularly collect and analyze the Voice of the Customer, industry trends, disruptors, and current competition.
Ensure comprehensive competitive information on market penetration, product capabilities and initiatives are maintained.
Understand Quest clients by leading research stakeholder feedback, customer feedback, benchmarking, and journey mapping to develop a deep understanding of clients’ needs and inform client attraction, engagement, and retention.
Translate overall vision into product roadmap and delivery; evangelize solutions to associated teams and partners.
Accountable for the results of the Digital products assigned; assess long‑term viability of product features aligned to expected business outcomes and benefits, building opportunities to maintain or improve Quest's competitive position.
Provide input on business plans/initiatives/marketing programs to drive sales effectiveness, operational efficiency, and strategic congruence.
Own end‑to‑end digital and data journeys; work with the Design Team to inform User Experiences, wireframes, prototypes, customer journeys, personas, and corresponding data journeys and content that bring the journeys and product strategies to life.
Collaborate with business partners on the creation of business cases and serve as two‑in‑a‑box with the Business Owner to manage the product digital and related data lifecycles/journeys.
Promote an environment that encourages collaboration, initiative, continuous improvement, learning, and the generation of innovative ideas and solutions.
Qualifications Education:
Bachelor's degree or equivalent work experience. Required Work Experience
8 or more years of Healthcare Interoperability.
3 or more years focusing on client implementations.
3 or more years focusing on HL7 lab orders and results interfaces.
Preferred Work Experience
Experience with FHIR orders and results interfaces.
Experience with data exchange via orders and results interfaces.
Physical And Mental Requirements
Proven ability to create lasting relationships with internal and external stakeholders.
Ability to understand a dynamic competitive landscape, synthesize customer feedback, and build and adapt a strategy that differentiates Quest in the market.
