About the role We’re looking for an SDR who wants to win.
You'll be connecting daily with owners and doctors at chiropractic, optometry, and audiology practices. Your role is to understand where their patient experience is falling short and show how Aloha can help them run a more modern, efficient, and profitable operation by using our suite of solutions.
What you’ll actually be doing:
Calling and emailing practice owners to start new conversations.
Learning their workflow, pain points, and where patients fall through the cracks.
Qualifying real opportunities and booking strong meetings for our Account Executives.
Building a pipeline and consistently hitting (and beating) your number.
Leveling yourself up - we're always sharing best practices. We service the entire US, Canada, and Puerto Rico, meaning there is enough opportunity for every SDR to win. No fighting for leads
Who does well here:
Disciplined. You do the work even when no one is watching.
Competitive. You want to be at the top of the leaderboard. Did I mention we do a Presidents Club 4 times a year?
Coachable and driven to level up your career.
Comfortable in a fast-paced environment with real expectations.
