About the Role The Director of Go-To-Market Strategy and Integrated Execution Lead will work closely with the Head of Strategy and Business Operations to drive key Go-To-Market initiatives that shape the future direction of the US Oncology Business Unit (US OBU) new product launches. This role is highly visible and requires a hands‑on leader with strong analytical, strategic, and communication skills. The ideal candidate possesses a blend of business acumen, expertise in Go-To-Market (GTM) strategies, cross‑functional structural design, and experience supporting executive leaders in a dynamic, fast‑paced environment.
How You Will Contribute Developing and Implementing Commercial Go‑to‑Market Strategy (GTM)
Develop new and innovative GTM strategies based on customer, business and asset needs
Lead GTM implementation and communication plans across the organization
Coordinate and align cross‑functional execution (Sales, Marketing, Market Access, Medical, etc.) to ensure plans are operationalized effectively
Monitor and report on KPIs, course‑correcting as necessary to optimize outcomes
Strategic GTM Structural Design
Lead the development, assessment, and implementation of optimal organizational structures to ensure the US Oncology Business Unit (US OBU) is best aligned with evolving business strategies and market opportunities
Benchmark and apply industry best practices to organizational models, team structures, and resource allocations
Partner with functional leads to develop GTM governance that will drive agility, efficiency, and clear accountability
Facilitate cross‑functional alignment and ensure stakeholder buy‑in on key initiatives and organizational changes
Support change management activities by developing clear communication plans and tracking adoption metrics
Modelling & Scenario Analytics
Build and maintain robust models to support commercial planning, business development, and market scenario analysis
Use data‑driven insights to quantify the impact of market dynamics, competitive actions, BD opportunities, and internal initiatives
Present scenario outcomes and recommendations clearly to senior leadership, enabling informed decision‑making
Project Management & Workstream Leadership
Structure, launch, and manage cross‑functional initiatives—ensuring alignment with strategic objectives and timely delivery of milestones
Track progress, identify potential barriers, and proactively drive resolution of issues and risks
Champion project management frameworks and tools for efficient and transparent execution (e.g., RACI, Gantt, charter documentation)
Vision, Mission, and Strategic Planning Contextualization
Work with the Head of Strategy & Business Operations to articulate and socialize OBU vision, mission, and strategic objectives throughout the organization
Develop materials and communications that clearly connect business objectives with tactical initiatives and team deliverables
Framework Development & Knowledge Management
Design and disseminate key strategic frameworks (e.g., SWOT, organizational health assessments, operating model blueprints, commercial capability matrices)
Drive adoption of standardized tools and templates for communication, planning, project performance management, and reporting
Executive‑Level Communication
Synthesize complex information into clear, tailored presentations and communications for senior and executive audiences
Develop executive‑ready slide decks, memos, and reports for business reviews, strategy sessions, and board meetings
Minimum Requirements / Qualifications
Minimum BS/BA degree with MS/MBA preferred
Bachelor’s degree in Business, Life Sciences, or related field; MBA or advanced degree preferred
7+ years of relevant experience in strategy, consulting, business operations, or related function in the pharmaceutical, biotech, or healthcare sector
Experience building financial/operational models and interpreting business data to support decision‑making
Proven experience designing organizational structures and/or go‑to‑market models
Advanced PowerPoint and Excel skills; experience with data visualization and modeling
Exceptional written and verbal communication skills; able to simplify complex topics for executive audiences
Highly collaborative, with strong project management, attention to detail, and ability to manage multiple priorities
Demonstrated ability to work in a fast‑paced environment with a high degree of ambiguity
High proficiency in project management
Exceptional problem‑solving and leadership skills; master at presenting at all levels of the organization
Proven track record of leading successful initiatives and teams as well as influencing without authority
Ability to set priorities, deliver on deadlines and develop workflow processes and tasks in an evolving, dynamic marketplace
Strong analytical skills and budget management
Skilled in Microsoft suite (PowerPoint, Word, Excel, Outlook)
Preferred Qualifications
3+ years of commercial consulting experience
Experience with design, development and implementation of commercialization strategies to deliver results
Six Sigma experience; green or black belt a plus
Strong time management skills, providing strategic coaching and supervision
Travel Requirements
Ability to travel (up to 10% of time)
