About The Role: As one of the first Business Development Representatives (BDR) at the Employer Partner company we have partnered with, you will play a key role in driving outbound sales by leveraging your expertise in prospecting to drive leads for our sales team.

We’re looking for a self-motivated entrepreneurial individual who is excited to be in a fast-paced startup environment. Experience in hospitality tech sales is definitely a plus but not needed!

This is an in person role, 5 days/week in our San Francisco office.

Responsibilities

Leverage the existing outbound playbook that AEs have been using and take it to the next level by building out a BDR function.

Establish a strong BDR playbook by creating targeted lists, optimizing outreach scripts, A/B testing templates, and coordinating with AEs.

Work directly with the company CEO, Director of Sales, and BDR Lead to launch the BDR function.

Collaborate with marketing, sales, and engineering teams to ensure alignment.

Utilize HubSpot to maintain strong contact and company lists.

Adapt to the dynamic environment of a fast-growing startup.

Requirements

1+ year of outbound sales experience (SDR, BDR, or outside sales rep)

Bachelor's degree required

Proven track record of achieving or exceeding sales targets and generating high-quality leads.

Experience using AI tools to drive growth.

Passion for learning and working with emerging technologies and industry trends

Excellent communication, listening, and writing skills

Proficiency with CRM software (e.g., Salesforce, HubSpot).

Self-motivated, goal-oriented, and able to work independently and as part of a team.
