Referral Outreach Marketing MANAGER – DFW Region
This is a senior, field-based relationship and growth role. Not a digital marketing position. The Manager is responsible for driving new patient growth across the DFW region by developing referral strategies and guiding outreach efforts. You’ll work directly with doctors, operations leadership, and marketing to identify opportunities, strengthen partnerships, and improve referral performance. You will still be in the field regularly, but this role focuses on planning, analyzing results, and leading outreach direction, not just attending events. We’re Looking For Someone Who
Has strong sales or business development experience. Is confident presenting and building high-level professional relationships. Can identify gaps and create a plan to fix them. Is organized and self-directed. Has a professional, polished presence. Is comfortable working with leadership and influencing decisions. Local travel throughout DFW required using your own vehicle (mileage reimbursed). Full-time position with benefits.
