This role plays a key part in aligning marketing strategy with sales and operations to drive high-quality leads, improve conversion rates, and support long-term brand reputation and growth.

Key Responsibilities Marketing Strategy & Lead Generation
Lead and execute marketing strategies across paid media (Google Ads), website optimization, and customer communications (email marketing & SMS), and organic social media.
Optimize campaigns to improve lead quality, booking rates, and overall funnel performance.
Collaborate closely with Sales and Operations to ensure marketing efforts support business objectives and brand reputation.
Partnerships & Vendor Management
Build, manage, and grow strategic partnerships with affiliates, vendors, and service providers to expand reach and lead sources.
Oversee relationships with external agencies across Google Ads, SEO, web development, and creative services.
Evaluate partnership performance and ensure alignment with brand standards and growth goals.
Team Leadership & Execution
Manage and provide direction to an internal marketing assistant, delegating tasks and supporting professional development.
Ensure timely execution of marketing initiatives, campaigns, and partner deliverables.
Review work for accuracy, brand consistency, and performance impact.
Marketing Operations & Process Improvement
Support CRM and lead management processes in partnership with internal teams, ensuring smooth lead flow and effective follow-up.
Identify opportunities to improve speed‑to‑lead, lead communication, and sales enablement processes.
Coordinate with internal stakeholders to implement process improvements that enhance efficiency and consistency.
Data, Reporting & Optimization
Monitor and analyze campaign performance, lead metrics, and conversion trends.
Provide insights and recommendations to leadership based on performance data.
Test and refine messaging, campaigns, and workflows to drive continuous improvement.
Innovation & Cross‑Functional Collaboration
Partner with Sales, Operations, IT, and Leadership to identify new growth opportunities.
Support the rollout of new initiatives, tools, or processes that enhance customer experience and drive results.
Act as a central point of coordination between internal teams and external partners.
Qualifications
Bachelor’s degree in marketing, business, communications, or a related field.
4+ years of management experience in growth marketing or partnership-focused roles.
Demonstrated leadership-level experience overseeing Google Ads and lead generation strategies, budgets, and performance across multiple campaigns.
Strong experience working with vendors, affiliates, and marketing partners.
Solid understanding of lead generation and performance marketing.
Data‑driven mindset with experience interpreting performance metrics.
Strong communication, organization, and relationship-building skills.
Experience in service-based or lead-driven industries preferred.
