
LUXE Interiors + Design is seeking a Selling Publisher to lead and grow our South Florida market. This role is ideal for a seasoned, relationship-driven sales leader who is deeply immersed in the residential design community and comfortable representing a premium brand in one of the country’s most dynamic luxury design markets.
The Selling Publisher will oversee overall market performance while actively selling across LUXE’s integrated platform. This is a hands‑on leadership role that blends team management, client development, and strong market presence.
Candidates must be based in Broward, Dade or Palm Beach County and available for frequent in‑person meetings and events throughout South Florida.
About the Role As Selling Publisher for LUXE Florida (South Florida territory), you will be responsible for driving revenue across print, digital, events, and custom programs while managing and mentoring a local sales team. You will set priorities, maintain brand and rate integrity, and ensure disciplined execution against revenue goals—while also maintaining your own key client relationships.
This role requires sound sales judgment, strong leadership instincts, and a deep appreciation for LUXE’s position within the design industry.
Key Responsibilities Market & Revenue Leadership
Drive revenue growth across LUXE’s full omnichannel platform, including print, digital, events, and video
Establish strong renewal performance while expanding the advertiser base with new and emerging partners
Set clear priorities and performance expectations for the regional sales team
Maintain rate integrity and uphold LUXE brand standards across all client engagements
Lead, mentor, and manage a team of local sales directors, including hiring, onboarding, coaching, and performance management
Support the team through strategic guidance, proposal development, and participation in key sales conversations as needed
Foster a disciplined, relationship‑first sales culture grounded in professionalism and follow‑through
Client & Community Engagement
Build and deepen relationships with designers, architects, builders, showrooms, and luxury brands across South Florida
Represent LUXE at industry events, showroom activations, and client gatherings (typically one or more per week)
Host local events and work closely with internal teams to ensure the audience attendance is strong and logistics are executed seamlessly.
Ensure thoughtful client needs analysis and development of strategic, well‑aligned proposals
Maintain an active and accurate pipeline through disciplined CRM usage
Forecast regional performance and provide visibility into revenue trends and opportunities

Qualifications
Must be based in North Broward or Palm Beach County
Prior advertising sales experience; experience in design, luxury lifestyle, or related categories strongly preferred
Demonstrated success meeting or exceeding revenue goals
Prior people management experience, including hiring and performance management
Strong communication, presentation, and CRM management skills
