JOB SUMMARY Join our team as a Senior Product Designer and play a pivotal role in transforming the marketing planning and automation landscape using AI. This position calls for innovating capabilities to facilitate seamless dispatch of emails, SMS, and other messages, making marketing activities effortless for our customers. The ideal candidate should be quick to take on new projects, have a knack for solving intricate problems, and always place the customer's needs at the forefront.
JOB REQUIREMENTS
Develop a wide array of concepts through experimentation and customer feedback.
Engage with users and stakeholders; learn rapidly through iterative prototyping.
Conduct customer research with specific goals and actionable plans.
Leverage AI in the conception, building, and testing of designs.
Utilize data insights to create designs that enhance customer satisfaction.
MUST-HAVE SKILLS
Proficient in user interaction and product design.
Strong capability in prototyping, wireframing, and utilizing Figma.
Customer-centric design approach.
INDUSTRY EXPERIENCE
Experience in marketing automation, email campaign tools, or related platforms is preferred, given the product's focus on marketing communications.
