About OM Media OM Media is a high-end creative and marketing agency specializing in luxury real estate, architecture, interior design, and hospitality brands.

We produce premium photo and video content — but we’re expanding our backend marketing team to support larger agency retainers and long-term brand partnerships.

We are currently seeking a strategic, detail-oriented freelance Social Media Manager to support one of our flagship architecture clients and future high-end accounts.

Who This Role Is For This is not an entry-level “posting” role.

We are looking for someone who understands:

Luxury brand positioning

Architecture / design industry aesthetics

Relationship-driven marketing

Long-term authority building (not just content output)

You should think like a strategist, execute like an operator, and communicate like a brand voice.

Core Responsibilities Platform Management

Manage Instagram, Facebook, and LinkedIn

Develop flexible, campaign-driven posting cadence

Write high-end, brand-aligned captions

Optimize hashtags, formatting, and positioning per platform

Schedule content strategically (not randomly)

Audience Engagement & Growth

Daily engagement (commenting, liking, sharing within niche communities)

Proactive relationship building on LinkedIn

Monitor DMs and flag high-priority opportunities

Maintain consistent brand voice across all responses

PR & Visibility Support

Research architecture publications, blogs, and awards

Identify submission opportunities

Assist in drafting outreach emails or pitch decks

Track opportunities and follow-ups

Strategy & Reporting

Monthly performance reporting

Identify trends and suggest optimizationCollaborate with OM Media leadership on campaign direction

Help build repeatable SOPs for luxury accounts

Client Communication(s)

Lead monthly performance calls with client

Review analytics and market trends

Discuss engagement performance

Create high level slide deck presentations for client calls

Qualifications

3+ years managing social media for professional brands (architecture, design, luxury real estate, hospitality preferred)

Strong writing skills with an elevated, refined tone

Deep understanding of Instagram & LinkedIn algorithms

Comfortable operating independently with minimal oversight

Organized and deadline-driven

Experience with GoHigh Level, Meta Business Suite, or similar tools

Deep understanding of Canva to create templates, graphic design posts and presentations

Bonus Attributes

Experience with light photo editing/ enhancement

Experience with creating reels from the content our team provides

Experience pitching to architecture or design publications

Familiarity with awards submissions (AIA, regional design awards, etc.)

Understanding of SEO principles through social media

Compensation

1099 Contractor

Monthly retainer per client (Starting at $1,000 depending on scope and experience)

Scalable based on number of accounts managed

Long-term opportunity with growing agency

Engagement quality increases (not just follower count)

Leadership visibility improves

PR opportunities are consistently identified and pursued

OM Media can scale agency-tier clients without internal bottlenecks
