Role Description
This is a
full-time, hybrid (1 day at home, 4 in-office) role for a PPC Specialist located in Nashville, TN , with some work from home flexibility. This position will be responsible for overseeing a portfolio of Google Ads and Microsoft (Bing) Ads accounts for our clients. This role will be a focal point in our company, and will have the opportunity to quickly scale into a higher-level role with a team underneath you. Responsibilities
Set up, manage and optimize marketing campaigns on Google and Bing Ads for our clients. Set up conversion tracking using the Google Tag Manager and/or Google Analytics. Perform keyword research, create ad copy, and conduct A/B testing as needed. Analyze performance data and adjust strategies to meet client goals. Develop and manage budgets and bidding strategies Deliver insights through regular client reporting and check-ins Stay up to date with platform changes and industry trends Work in person with the Track Digital team at our Nashville, TN office on Music Row. What We’re Looking For
3+ years of hands-on PPC experience (Agency experience preferred) Proficiency in Google Ads, Bing Ads, Google Analytics & Google Tag Manager. Strong analytical and problem-solving skills Excellent written and verbal communication skills Bonus Points
Familiarity with platforms/tools like GoHighLevel, Hubspot and other CRM platforms.
