Position Overview We are seeking a Content Manager to help shape Filevine’s voice across every major customer touchpoint, from website copy and campaign messaging to video scripts and social content concepts. This role blends strategic writing, creative ideation, and brand storytelling to bring Filevine’s AI‑first value to life in a way that is compelling, clear, and consistent.

Responsibilities

Write and refine website copy, landing pages, and conversion-focused messaging that reflects Filevine’s brand and business goals

Develop scripts for video, motion, product explainers, and brand storytelling content

Concept and contribute ideas for social content (organic + paid), including post copy, hooks, series concepts, and creative directions

Create content for campaigns, product launches, and marketing initiatives across multiple channels

Translate complex AI and legal technology concepts into clear, engaging language for a wide range of audiences

Collaborate closely with brand, design, marketing, and demand gen partners to deliver unified, high‑impact messaging

Maintain voice and messaging consistency across platforms, aligning copy to brand standards and positioning

Contribute to and evolve Filevine’s messaging frameworks, tone guidelines, and copy best practices

Qualifications

Strong portfolio demonstrating copywriting and creative content across formats (web, video, social, campaigns, etc.)

Ability to write with clarity and confidence in both short‑form and long‑form content

Experience translating complex or technical concepts into customer‑friendly messaging

Strong creative instincts and the ability to generate original ideas—not just execute assignments

Ability to collaborate cross‑functionally in a fast‑paced environment

Excellent attention to detail and strong editorial judgment

Experience leading or mentoring other writers (or readiness to step into a people‑management role)

Preferred Experience

Experience writing in B2B SaaS, tech, or high‑consideration products

Strong storytelling ability and comfort writing for executive‑level audiences

Familiarity writing for performance marketing and conversion‑oriented content

Understanding of brand voice systems, messaging hierarchies, and creative consistency

Understanding of AI, machine learning, or legal workflows

Ability to think concept‑first and build content series or campaign narratives across channels

Experience partnering with designers and video teams to bring scripts and concepts to life

Compensation Information: $90,000 - $115,000 base. The base salary range represents the low and high end of the salary range for this position. The total compensation package for this position will be determined by each individual’s location, qualifications, education, work experience, skills and performance. We believe in the importance of pay equity - the range listed is just one component of Filevine’s total compensation package for employees. This position is also eligible for a paid time off policy, as well as a comprehensive benefits package.
