Position Overview The Marketing Manager leads the planning, execution, and day-to-day management of marketing and content efforts across Pure Mosaic’s work with artists, churches, and creative partners.

Stay organized, focused, and aligned
The Marketing Manager is both strategic and hands-on, but not expected to do everything alone. This role leads systems, people, and processes so creative work stays healthy, focused, and sustainable.
Key Responsibilities Primary role: Creative Agency Marketing Services The Marketing Manager oversees and executes marketing campaigns and ongoing social media support for artists, churches, and other clients we serve through our Creative Agency.
Lead the planning and execution of release campaigns and marketing initiatives.
Run campaign kickoff calls and ongoing check-ins with clients.
Translate creative direction into clear timelines, tasks, and deliverables.
Provide social media management services, including: content calendars, posting schedules, editing and publishing, and brand voice and consistency
Help clients understand what content is needed, why it matters, and how it supports their goals.
Set up and manage digital ad campaigns.
Track performance and communicate insights in clear, practical language.
Secondary Role: Artist and Label Marketing for Pure Mosaic
Build, present, and execute comprehensive marketing plans for singles, EPs, albums, and music videos.
Lead release kickoff meetings with artists and team members to align messaging, timelines, and deliverables.
Draft and maintain release timelines, task lists, and internal communication through project management tools.
Manage Pure Mosaic Records’ brand social media profiles, ensuring voice consistency and meaningful engagement.
Assist artists with content ideas, scripts, prompts, trends, and posting structures that support brand identity and release objectives.
Edit and publish short-form content across Instagram, TikTok, Facebook, YouTube Shorts, and emerging platforms.
Plan and lead content shoots, photoshoots, and videoshoots.
Produce or oversee creation of graphics, cover art, promotional reels, lyric videos, thumbnails, and marketing visuals.
Coordinate with videographers, designers, and contractors when outsourcing creative assets.
Oversee PMR’s main YouTube channel, content upload schedule, playlists, metadata, thumbnails, and optimization.
Plan and manage ad campaigns for releases, tours, events, and brand initiatives.
Other duties as assigned.
Qualifications
2+ years of experience in music marketing and the music industry
Strong understanding of the Christian music industry, worship culture, and faith-driven artist development
Proven ability to manage multiple campaigns at once and meet deadlines
Proficiency in social platforms, content editing, Canva or Adobe Suite, YouTube Studio, Asana, and Google Workspace
Strong communication, organizational, and copywriting skills
Ability to direct content shoots and provide creative leadership
Mission-minded attitude, team spirit, and alignment with the PMR vision
Experience in label operations or marketing within a record label or music agency
Familiarity with digital advertising tools such as Meta Ads Manager, Google Ads, and YouTube Ads
Experience managing contractors or creative teams
Understanding of DSP processes, distribution workflows, and metadata basics
