You will lead the full project lifecycle:
Redesign: Create modern, user‑centric web interfaces for clinicians and researchers.
Migration: Re‑write and migrate existing legacy websites to .NET 8.0.
Deployment: Manage testing, production deployment, and maintenance.
Knowledge Transfer: Provide comprehensive training to the internal IT staff on modern .NET Razor and Blazor frameworks to ensure long‑term sustainability.
Required Skills & Experience
Development Core: 7+ years of professional experience with .NET and C#.
Frontend Mastery: 5–7 years of expert‑level experience with HTML and CSS.
Scripting: 3–5 years of experience with JavaScript.
Modernization: Proven ability to review and re‑write legacy .ASPX code into modern frameworks.
Education: Bachelor's degree in a related technical field.
Preferred Qualifications
Proficiency in SQL for database management and data migration.
Experience with DevExpress components for UI/UX enhancement.
Previous experience in a project leadership or consultative role, specifically involving staff training and mentorship.
