
The Digital Marketing Manager is responsible for planning, executing, and optimizing digital marketing initiatives that enhance portfolio visibility, support leasing momentum, and strengthen overall brand positioning.
This role blends strategic thinking with hands‑on execution and works closely with leadership, leasing, and asset teams to improve digital performance, streamline marketing workflows, and ensure consistent, high‑quality communication across platforms.
Key Responsibilities
Develop and manage digital marketing strategy across core digital channels including SEO, website management, email marketing, and paid media Support asset‑level marketing initiatives that improve visibility and positioning within competitive markets Optimize digital funnels, landing pages, and campaigns with a focus on measurable performance Monitor analytics and reporting to identify opportunities for improvement and drive data‑informed decisions Maintain brand consistency across digital assets, marketing materials, and presentations Coordinate with external vendors, designers, and partners to support campaign execution Assist with implementation of scalable marketing systems, tracking standards, and workflow improvements Qualifications
3+ years of digital or integrated marketing experience Strong understanding of performance marketing, analytics, and digital platforms Experience in B2B, professional services, or real‑asset environments preferred Proficiency with CMS platforms, marketing analytics tools, and CRM systems Commercial real estate exposure is a plus, but not required What We Are Looking For
