Role Description

Business Development & Sales Manager – Agrochemicals (U.S. Market) UTURO is a Paraguay-based agrochemical manufacturer seeking a U.S.-based professional to establish, develop, and grow its business presence in the United States. This role is focused on market entry, business development, sales generation, strategic partnerships, and support of regulatory and product registration processes required for the U.S. market. Key Responsibilities:

Develop and execute a business development and sales strategy for the U.S. market.

Identify and engage distributors, partners, and key commercial contacts in the United States.

Generate new business opportunities and drive sales growth from initial market entry.

Support and coordinate agricultural registration and regulatory processes with internal teams and external consultants.

Provide market intelligence on competitors, pricing, regulatory landscape, and customer needs.

Represent the company in commercial meetings, trade shows, and industry events in the U.S.

Profile Experience in agriculture, crop protection, or agribusiness.

Background in business development or B2B sales in the U.S. market.

Familiarity with regulatory and registration processes for agrochemical products (direct or indirect).

Entrepreneurial, self-driven, and results-oriented.

Fluent in English and Spanish.
