Position Summary This role is responsible for creating high-quality visual content that enables fast, consistent marketing execution across digital and print channels. You will design marketing assets, social visuals, sales collateral, trade show materials, and brand-supporting imagery, ensuring everything aligns to brand standards and supports business objectives.

Responsibilities Design & Asset Creation

Create marketing visuals for:

Flyers (print & digital)

Social media

Email campaigns

Trade show booths and signage

Brochures, pamphlets, and sales collateral

Distributor asset management

Maintain consistency across all brand touchpoints

Campaign & Launch Support

Partner with Digital Marketing Specialist on campaign assets

Support Product Manager with product visuals and sales enablement materials

Turn requests quickly without sacrificing quality

Brand Stewardship

Enforce brand guidelines across all assets

Help evolve visual identity within each market as the company grows

Maintain shared asset libraries and templates

Trade Shows & Events

Design booth graphics, signage, handouts, and supporting visuals

Prepare print-ready and digital-ready files

Qualifications Skills & Qualifications

Strong proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite Required (InDesign, Illustrator, Photoshop)

Experience designing for both print and digital

Ability to work quickly with minimal direction

Strong eye for layout, typography, and visual hierarchy

Comfortable receiving feedback and iterating fast

Supervisory Responsibilities None

Special Position Requirements Up to 10% travel Pay:

$70,000 - $85,000 USD Annual based on experience + 5% bonus potential.

Location:

This position is fully onsite in Buffalo, NY.

Physical Demands Constantly operates a computer and other office productivity machinery, such as a calculator, copy machine, and computer printer. Must be able to remain in a stationary position 50%. The person in this position needs to occasionally move about inside the building to access other offices, meeting rooms, and equipment in the facility.

The person in this position frequently communicates with customers, vendors, and co-workers. Must be able to exchange accurate information in these situations.

Work Environment Generally works in an office environment but may be required to perform job duties outside the typical office setting. Normal manufacturing conditions requiring safety observation at all times.

Performance Expectations Perform quality work within deadlines with or without direct supervision; Interact professionally with other employees, customers and suppliers; Work effectively as a team contributor on all assignments; Work independently while understanding the necessity for communicating and coordinating work efforts with other employees and organizations.
