We're redefining the benefits industry with AI-powered solutions and human-centered service. We simplify complexity, drive innovation, and deliver real value to our clients and their employees. If you're ready to lead with empathy, embrace change, and solve meaningful challenges, we want you on our team.
About the Role As an Account Manager, you'll be the primary contact for our small business clients—owning relationships, driving outcomes, and solving challenges with precision. This is not a sales-focused role; instead, you'll lead client meetings, oversee benefit renewals, and leverage technology to enhance service, all while fostering long-term success and ensuring exceptional service delivery.
What You'll Do
Manage client relationships with empathy, transparency, and proactive support
Identify inefficiencies and propose creative solutions that simplify and scale
Take ownership of challenges, push through roadblocks, and deliver results
Apply industry expertise to deliver accurate, high-quality outcomes
Anticipate client needs and build scalable, lasting solutions
Communicate clearly, cut the fluff, and focus on what matters
What We’re Looking For
A+ players who think strategically while flexing their tactical muscles
5+ years of experience with employee benefits, via insurance brokerage, insurtech, PEO or third party administration
Strong problem-solving skills and comfort using AI tools to streamline work
Exceptional communication skills with a client-first mindset
Proven ability to manage multiple tasks and deliver on time
Active life and health insurance license
Bilingual in English/Spanish is a huge plus
This is a remote position but preferred candidates will be based in San Francisco or the surrounding area and bring recent experience supporting California-based small (under 100 EE's) employer groups.
Why Join Us
Be part of a fast-growing, values-driven team
Work remotely in a supportive environment
Use cutting-edge technology to drive impact
Competitive pay starting at $85,000/year and industry-leading benefits
Health & Wellness: Medical insurance, Dental, Vision, $0 Telehealth, enhanced Employee Assistance Program (EAP), company-paid accident and critical illness for individuals, company contribution to your Health FSA.

Work-Life: Flexible PTO, paid parental leave, monthly connectivity reimbursement, company-paid short-term disability, long-term disability, and life insurance, company contribution to your Dependent Care FSA to help with day care.
