What You’ll Do

Learn and execute sales strategies to drive revenue and customer acquisition

Build and maintain strong relationships with clients and partners

Assist in managing daily sales operations and performance tracking

Participate in face‑to‑face marketing, sales, and outreach initiatives

Shadow and support Sales Managers with team development and coaching

Analyze sales metrics and contribute to strategy improvements

Attend industry events and professional development trainings

Progressively take on leadership responsibilities as part of the management training program

What We’re Looking For

Associate’s or Bachelor’s degree preferred (or equivalent professional experience)

Strong communication and interpersonal skills

High level of motivation with a desire to grow into a leadership role

Ability to work in a fast‑paced, performance‑driven environment

Coachable mindset and willingness to learn

Reliable transportation to our Kansas City office

Prior experience in sales, customer service, or marketing is a plus (but not required)
